The owners of this apartment have taken care to consider the individual needs of their potential guests. The layout of the apartment allows considerable flexibility in the use of each room.  One of the bedrooms can sleep 4 comfortably. (A futon double bed, single bunk and single bed) The addition of a sofa bed in lounge permits flexible sleeping accommodation with a king sized bed in master bedroom.

The surrounding area provides access to a Victorian park, local supermarkets and of course the city centre. With the apartment situated just off the Arbroath road, this provides ease of access to Carnoustie, which is literally a few miles drive from the property. The property provides guests with an opportunity to visit the many golf courses around Angus and travel across the Tay to St. Andrews the home of golf.
